Perfect Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Water
  • pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a sauce pan and fill with water until eggs are just covered

  2. Add a pinch of salt and place pan uncovered over Medium/High heat. Bring to a boil.

  3. Once at a rolling boil cover pan with tight fitting lid and let boil for 1 minute.

  4. After 1 minute remove pan from heat while keeping lid tightly secure. Let sit for approximately 15 minutes.

  5. Drain water and add eggs to cold, ice water bowl

  6. Peel or store in refrigerator.
