Fixed to Eat: Crock Pot Chicken Caesar Salad Sliders

I’ve never shared this Chicken Caesar Salad Sliders slow cooker recipe because it’s so simple. I usually quickly text the directions over to friends when they ask about it.

But today, my umpteenth day in self-quarantine-shelter-in-place mode, I found the time and the motivation to type out the instructions in detail for all the world. Because, I don’t know about you, but I’m flying through new recipes on Pinterest and suddenly craving all sorts of food. Crock pot meals have always been a favorite of mine because of the minimal clean up and hands on work required.

So without further ado, here is my super simple, extra delicious recipe for crock pot Chicken Caesar Salad Sliders.

Like I said, easy as ever, huh? You can even double the chicken in the beginning and before you add it back to the basin split it in half and use the non-flavored, shredded leftover chicken for other recipes throughout the week, like chicken salad or tacos.

If you’re looking for a good side dish, I usually will make a batch of Wedge Fries to go alongside these to complete the meal. Check out one of my favorite, simple fries recipe here and be sure to follow me on Pinterest for more food and recipe inspiration!
