You guys, I had been doing so good (ok, pretty good) at eating mostly Keto friendly over the last couple weeks in preparation for my upcoming vacation to Tulum and well, Summer in general. Then boom, two days into this week and I think it’s safe to say we can completely disregard my clean eating…

Whatever, this week is exciting, apart from the very obvious-it’s my birthday on Saturday, yep, the big 3-0! No big deal. Well, besides that I got to go to Georgetown today which means stopping by my favorite bakeshop, Woops!  I did a fun birthday themed photoshoot with Carlos at our favorite spot, Pearl Snap Hall-think balloons, champagne and cupcakes. Which you probably got a little sneak of on my Instagram stories if you follow me, if not, get on that! Ah! I cannot wait for you guys to see the photos, they were so fun to shoot! I’m writing a lessons learned (brace yourselves) post that should go live on Saturday so look out for them there! Well, basically between today’s macarons (my absolute favorites by the way) and photoshoot snacks, I’m going to make up all of the calories I had cut out over the past week and then some. But I mean, I am only in my twenties for about 5 more days so why not? Might as well live it up haha. Macarons, cupcakes, champagne and lattes all in one day and hell, I might just end with Pizza and start this diet business in my 30’s.
